Bhattacharjee that the instant application (CRAN 1 of 2022)

requires thorough hearing in view of the judgment of the

Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No.8129 of 2019

dated 13th April, 2021.

Therefore, the matter be fixed for hearing under the same

heading on 16th November, 2022.

In the meantime, the interim order be extended till 19 th

November, 2022.

The application for extension of interim order is thus,

disposed of.
