On 05.09.2022 in WPA 5505 of 2022 (Soham Roy

Choudhury & Ors. vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.), I

passed certain orders and directions directing the matter

to be listed on 28.09.2022. The present matter being WPA

6755 of 2022 is also a similar matter like WPA 5505 of

2022.

Yesterday I also passed an order and direction in

another similar matter being WPA 5158 of 2022 (Banalata

Samadder Vs. The State of West Bengal & ors.).

Today in the present matter i.e. WPA 6755 of

2022, with similar facts and circumstances, similar orders

and directions are passed in respect of the petitioners

directing the Board to take appropriate steps for giving

appointment to the petitioners.

Therefore, I say that the judgment and order

delivered in WPA 5505 of 2022 (Soham Roy Choudhury &

Ors. vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) shall apply in all

respects to this writ application being WPA 6755 of 2022

(Anindita Dey Sen & ors. vs. State of West Bengal &

ors.).

I direct the West Bengal Board of Primary

Education to follow all directions and to comply with the

order passed in WPA 5505 of 2022 as the facts and

circumstances are similar which have been shown to me

today and the recruitment process for the petitioners of

WPA 6755 of 2022 is to be concluded by 28.09.2022.

I direct the petitioners to serve a copy of this

order upon the Board tomorrow by 12.00 Noon. The

matter is marked as "Heard-in-Part".
