                      The judgment delivered yesterday in WPA 5505 of

                2022 (Soham Roy Choudhury & Ors. Vs. the State of

                West Bengal & Ors) shall apply in all respect to this

                writ application being WPA 5158 of 2022 (Banalata

                Samadder & Ors. vs. the State of West Bengal & Ors.)

                      I am told by Mr. Bhattacharya, learned senior

                advocate for the petitioners that out of 89 petitioners 35

                have already got appointments and this order passed

                today will not cover them. In respect of all other aspect

                the present 54 petitioners and the respondents shall be

guided fully by the order dated 05.09.2022 in WPA

5505 of 2022. The West Bengal Board of Primary

Education will take application from the 54 persons

here in this matter for giving them appointments.

This matter is not disposed of.

It will appear in the list on 28th September, 2022

along with WPA 5505 of 2022.

The State is represented by Mr. Tapas Kumar

Mandal led by Mr. Swapan Kumar Datta.

I direct the Board to conclude the recruitment

process for the petitioners as has been stated above by

28th September, 2022.

I direct the petitioners to serve a copy of this

order upon the Board by tomorrow 12 noon.
