The Court: Affidavit-of-service be taken on record and the

affidavit affirmed by ICICI Bank also taken on record.

Judgment debtor is not represented in spite of affidavit-of-

service. The decree holder made a prayer for appointment of Receiver in

terms of prayer (vi) of the petition for execution.

Mr. Sarosij Dasgupta, Advocate is hereby appointed as Receiver

in respect of the bank accounts maintained with the ICICI Bank and to

take over the amount lying in the said account of judgment debtor to

release the same in favour of the decree holder within a period of four

weeks after Puja Vacation.

The remuneration of the Receiver is fixed at Rs.10,000/- to be

paid by the decree holder.

Receiver is also directed to file a Report on the returnable date.

Let the matter appear on 15th December, 2022.
