The Court: It is to be noted that affidavit of assets has been filed by the award

debtor. The three principal officers of the company are present in Court today. Mr.

Kiran Reddy Visireddy deponent in the affidavit of assets has deposed in Court today

that he undertakes to be present in Court on the date of examination. The said date is

fixed on 16th December, 2022 for Examination of the Judgment Debtors.

Since the three persons are present in Court and have surrendered themselves,

this Court discharges all three of them and keeps the arrest warrants in abeyance.

The Registrar, Original side is directed to inform the Police Station concerned with

regard to the abeyance of the warrants of arrest.
