Mr. Rajesh Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of the appellant-Insurance Company and submits for stay of impugned judgment and award. He further submits that the appellant has taken out two applications, one for condonation of delay being CAN 1 of 2020 and other for stay of operation of impugned judgment and award, being CAN 2 of 2022. It appears from the case record that both the aforesaid applications are not in the file. Department is directed to place both applications being CAN 1 of 2020 and CAN 2 of 2022 positively on the next date fixed.
