In view of the judgment dated 30th November,

2022 passed in WPA 15950 of 2022 (Sabita Nandy vs

Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation & Ors.) the

Corporation is directed to take steps to implement the

order of demolition dated 9th February, 2018 at the

earliest, but positively within a period of four weeks from

the date of communication of the order.

The Commissioner, Bidhannagar Police

Commissionerate is directed to render all necessary

assistance to the men and agents of the Corporation at

the time of demolition of the unauthorised structure, if

sought for.

List the matter on 16th January, 2023 to ensure

compliance of the direction passed by this Court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if

applied for, be supplied to the parties or their advocates

on record expeditiously on compliance of usual legal

formalities.
