appearing on behalf of the petitioners relies upon paragraph nos.9,

10, 11 and 12 of the judgment of National Bank of Oman vs.

Barakara Abdul Aziz and another reported in (2013) 2 SCC 488.

By drawing attention of the Court to the judgment delivered by the

Bombay High Court which was the subject matter of challenge

before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, learned advocate intends to

distinguish the issuance of process under Section 204 of the Code

of Criminal Procedure and the quashing of a proceeding which is

exercised by the High Court under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure by using its inherent powers. Learned senior

advocate intends to continue his argument.

13th December, 2022.

The interim order earlier granted is extended till 23rd

December, 2022.
