The petitioner has challenged a rejection in respect of a tender. The rejection is dated 15 th November, 2022 and appears to be for administrative reasons. The letter of rejection does not specify the administrative grounds.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent -DVC had replied to the query of the petitioner and the reply is in transit.
Since this Court will deliver a judgment in a similar matter in course of this week, let the matter stands over till 5th December, 2022.
Any action taken by the respondents shall abide by the result of this writ petition.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is given leave to pray for an appropriate interim order on the next date.
