Mr. Sourav Sen, learned advocate for the petitioner is

present. None appears on behalf of the opposite parties.

It reveals that on 16.08.2017 the hearing of the instant

revisional application was concluded but judgment could not

be pronounced. It is submitted by Mr. Sen, learned advocate

for the petitioner that for effective disposal of the instant

revisional application service be effected upon the opposite

parties as well as upon the learned advocate for the opposite

parties afresh.

In view of such, let the matter be listed on 05.01.2023.

The petitioner is hereby directed to cause service of

notices afresh along with the server copy of this order upon

the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 under registered post with

Acknowledgement Due. Learned advocate for the petitioner

is further requested to intimate the learned advocate for the

opposite parties preferably by issuing a written notice.

Affidavit-of-service has to be filed in the meantime or

on the adjourned date.
