Inadvertent typographical error has crept in the 38th page

of the judgment.

In the 12th line of 2nd paragraph of that page, the word

'held' will be added in between 'Court' and 'pre-sentencing'.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary

correction in the judgment.

Corrected certified copy of the judgment be handed over

to the parties upon submission of certified copy, if any, already

issued to them.
