of the advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner has been wrongly

written as Mr. Sourav Pramanick in place of Mr. Soumik Pramanick.

Furthermore, in the title of the judgment dated 30.09.2022, the name

of the advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is missing. Let

the name of the advocate appearing on behalf of the revisionist Mr.

Soumik Pramanick be incorporated accordingly and this correction

and incorporation be made part of the judgment dated 30.09.2022.
