Re:CAN 2 of 2022.

Mrs. Sucharita Paul, learned advocate for the appellant-insurance company submits that by order dated 1.9.2022 stay of operation of the impugned judgment and award was granted for a period of four weeks. However, due to inadvertent typographical mistake the appellant-insurance company was directed to deposit the awarded sum within a period of two weeks from date which should be four weeks. On going through the order dated 1.9.2022, it is found from the stay of operation of the impugned judgment and award was passed for a period of four weeks. However, the time period granted for depositing the entire awarded sum was made for two weeks from date. The order dated 1.9.022 is modified to the extent that the appellant is to deposit the awarded sum within a period of four weeks from the date of such order i.e. on 1.9.022.

The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
