              remarks "refused" in respect of both the respondents.

Re:CAN/1/2022.

Mrs. Sucharita Paul, learned advocate for the

appellant-insurance company submits that in

compliance to order dated 8.7.2022, the entire

awarded sum along with interest has been deposited

and she submits for making the order of stay absolute

till the disposal of the appeal.

It is found from the report of FMA Section that a

sum of Rs. 2,21,427/- has been deposited with the

registry of this Court vide O.D.Challan No. 1392 dated

29.7.2022 in compliance to order dated 8.7.2022.

As the appellant-insurance company has

deposited the entire awarded sum along with interest,

the stay of operation of the impugned judgment and

award granted vide order dated 8.7.2022 is made

absolute till the disposal of the appeal.

CAN 1 of 2022 is accordingly, disposed of.

It appears from the report of the Assistant

Registrar, F.M.A. Section that lower court records has

not yet been received.

Department is directed to issue reminder for

bringing the lower court records.
