The Court: Today this matter has been fixed for examination of the

judgment-debtor being Mr. Nathu Ram who had appeared in Court on 5th

September, 2022 and agreed to be present in Court today for further

examination.

None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors in Court today.

In light of the same, let warrant of arrest be issued against him and also

the judgment-debtor no.2.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrant of arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment-

debtors before this Court on or before the returnable date.

The matter is made returnable twelve weeks hence.
