The Court: The judgment-debtors are represented today but have not

filed any affidavit of assets.

Under such circumstances, warrant of arrest be issued in terms of

prayer (b) against the judgment-debtor no.1, represented through the

Director, that is, judgment-debtor no.2, T. Vinayak Ravi Reddy.

The said warrant is made returnable on 23rd December, 2022. It will,

however, be open to the judgment-debtors to file their affidavits of assets

within four weeks from date and mention the matter for discharge of the

warrant.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge

of the local Police Station are directed to ensure the execution of the warrant

and production of the judgment-debtor on the returnable date.

The Deputy Sheriff shall communicate this order to the jurisdictional

Superintendent of Police for immediate compliance.
