The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. In my view,

the documents filed by the petitioner till date including the notes of arguments,

compilations of judgments and compilations for convenience purpose should be

handed over to counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent by Monday.

Mr. Bose, senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has filed a

preliminary submission on behalf of the respondent, a copy of which should be

provided to the petitioner in course of the day. The respondent is directed to file

a comprehensive note of arguments along with judgments they proposed to cite

during course of their arguments by 9th January, 2023.

I make it clear that this exchange of notes shall not be an embargo on

further submission of detailed notes of arguments by both parties at a later stage

after completion of arguments.
