The Court: On being mentioned, the matter is treated as on the day's list,

since warrantee no.2 had been arrested and produced by the Office of the

Sheriff of Calcutta.

The deposition of the award-debtor no.2 has been taken in Court today.

He has submitted that he shall file affidavit of assets within four weeks from

date. Accordingly, the time to file affidavit of assets is extended for a period of

four weeks from date.

The matter is made returnable on July 1, 2022 under the heading

'Examination of Judgment-Debtors'.

The warrant of arrest against the award-debtors is kept in abeyance for

the time being.

The award-debtor no.2 is directed to be present in Court on the

returnable date for examination.
