In view of deliberate non-compliance with the earlier orders of Court dated 28

September 2021 and 11 January 2022, let a Warrant of Arrest be issued against the

judgment debtor no.1.

The matter is made returnable on 10 May 2022.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the local

police station are directed to ensure due execution of the Warrant of Arrest and

production of the judgment-debtor no.1 before this Court on or before the returnable

date.
