The Court: Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the decree-holder be kept with the

records.

This is an application for an execution of an award dated 29 June 2019.

Notwithstanding earlier orders of Court, no Affidavit of Asset has yet been filed by the

judgment-debtors.

None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any accommodation prayed

for on their behalf.

I am of the view that there have been repeated defaults committed by the judgment-

debtors and also there has been non-compliance with the earlier orders of Court.

In view of the aforesaid, there shall be an order in terms of prayer (e) of the Tabular

Statement directing issuance of Warrants of Arrest insofar as the judgment-debtor nos.1

and 3 are concerned.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the local

police station are directed to ensure due execution of the Warrants of Arrest and production

of the judgment-debtor nos.1 and 3 before this Court on or before the returnable date.

The matter is made returnable on 11 April 2022.
