The Court: Notwithstanding an earlier order dated 23 February 2022, no affidavit

has been filed by the judgment-debtors. Significantly, by the said order, this Court had

directed the judgment-debtors to furnish particulars of the manner and mode in which

payment of rent disclosed in the Affidavit of Assets were being made by the judgment-

debtors.

Mr. Saha, Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtors prays for an

accommodation to file an Affidavit.

Let this matter appear on 17 March 2022. In the meantime, the judgment-

debtors are granted liberty to file an Affidavit.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the parties are at liberty

to arrive at a settlement, if possible, on 17 March 2022. The deponent to the Affidavit of

Assets will be present for examination on the returnable date.
