The Court: None has appeared on behalf of the Union of India, Ministry

of Finance, Department of Revenue in spite of service.

It is to be noted that the Union of India is the judgment-debtor in this

matter and a decree has been passed in favour of the petitioner herein against

the Union of India for a sum of Rs.27,63,692.45 along with interest at the rate

of 6% per annum.

The petitioner has also filed in Court a letter written to Mr. Sukalpa Seal,

Advocate and Junior Standing Counsel who appears in Union of India matters.

In spite of the same, none has appeared in Court today.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the execution

petition upon the office of the learned ASG.

Matter is made returnable two weeks hence.
