In compliance of the order dated 25th March, 2022

passed by this Court Mr. Krishnendu Bisoi, the Chairman

of District Primary School Council, Paschim Medinipore is

present in person in Court today. He has produced a copy

of the document (Score Sheet) of page no. 173 of the said

Score Sheet. The name of the petitioner is appearing at

serial no. 2417 and as per the said Score Sheet the

petitioner has obtained 10 marks in O.M.R. Score Sheet.

The Chairman, District Primary School Council was

directed to produce the original document to establish that

Score Sheet is prepared in presence of the Selection

Committee Members at the time of selection process. The

Score Sheet does not contained date to establish when the

same was prepared.

It is the case of the authorities that the objective

answer script is not traced out and as such this Court is

unable to accept the submission made by the Learned

Counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has

obtained 10 marks in O.M.R. Score Sheet.

Hearing concluded.

Reserved for Judgment.

The personal appearance of the Chairman, District

Primary School Council is dispensed with.

All parties to act on a server copy of this order duly
