The present revisional application has been preferred

challenging the judgment and order dated 12.05.2022

passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge,

2nd Fast Track Court, Bichar Bhawan, Calcutta in Criminal

Revision No. 09 of 2020.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the

petitioner submits that the petitioner issued two cheques

amounting to Rs.4,00,000/- each and the compensation

amount is Rs.12,00,000/-.

I find that the complaint case is of the year 2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of

Rs.3,00,000/- (rupees three lakh) with the learned

Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court, Calcutta in connection

with complaint case No. CS-54041 of 2015 by 05.08.2022.

The petitioner is also directed to serve copy of this

revisional application upon the opposite party no.1/State

through the office of the learned Public Prosecutor, High

Court, Calcutta and upon the opposite party no.2 by Speed

Post with acknowledgement due and file affidavit-of-service

on the next date fixed for hearing.

The learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court,

Calcutta is directed not to proceed with any directions

passed in connection with complaint case No. CS-54041 of

2015 till 05.08.2022.

The petitioner is directed to submit an affidavit

enclosing receipt of deposit with the learned Metropolitan

Magistrate on the next date fixed before this Court.

List this revisional application under the heading "To

Be Mentioned" on 09.08.2022.
