              alleged contemnor in the cause title of the contempt

              petition.    Leave is also granted to add the Managing

              Committee, Chandpur Upendra Nath High School

no.2/contemnor.

Let necessary correction be carried out in the

cause title of the contempt petition.

This application has been taken out for alleged

wilful violation of a judgment and order dated May 16,

2017 whereby the Managing Committee of the school

in question was directed to re-engage/reinstate the

writ petitioner in the post of Para-teacher (English) in

that school in terms of his appointment letter for the

unexpired period of his tenure treating his discharge

from service on July 4, 2007 to be ineffective. Learned

advocate for the petitioner says that in spite of due

communication of the order, the same has not been

complied with.

Let service be effected on the alleged contemnors

and affidavit-of-service be filed in Court on the next

date.

List the matter on 23.06.2022.
