Mr. Bandopadhyay submits that on the self-same issues, there were

several writ petitions. In one of such writ petitions, hearing had been

concluded and the judgment stood reserved.

In view of the above, it appears that the fate of the issue in this writ

petition will also abide by the said judgment in the matter which is reserved.

Accordingly, this writ petition is directed to go out of the list for the time

being with liberty to mention.
