Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the issues involved

in this writ petition is covered by a judgment passed by another co-ordinate

Bench of this Court in the matter of Gopal Saha vs. Union of India reported at

2016 (336) E.L.T. (Cal.) 230. However, an appeal from the said decision is

pending consideration before the Division Bench.

In view of the above, the writ petition shall appear for further

consideration on July 29, 2022.
