The Court: This is an application for restoration of an execution

application. Notwithstanding directions for filing of affidavit, the judgment

debtor has chosen not to file any Affidavit-in-Opposition. The only ground

alleged in this application is that of the illness of the Advocate.

I have considered the averments made in the petition and I am satisfied

that there are sufficient grounds as to why the judgment debtor could not file

their Affidavit-in-Opposition within the stipulated time period.

In view of the aforesaid, GA/1/2015 is recalled.

EC/218/2014 is restored to its original file and number.
