further ensures his presence before this Court on the next returnable date, that is, on

10th June, 2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the warrant of arrest issued against

the judgment debtor no.2 is remain suspended for the time being and the judgment-

debtor no.2 is released from the custody of the Court.

Matter is made returnable on the 10 th day of June, 2022 under the heading

"Examination of Judgment-Debtor".
