The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the GR

case no. 2207 of 2011 in respect of which the petitioners have

prayed for quashing, has already been disposed of by the trial

court vide its judgment dated 16th July, 2022. All the accused

persons are acquitted by the said judgment.

In view of the above, the petitioners are not interested to

proceed with the revisional application.

Let the revisional application being CRR 926 of 2018 is

dismissed as infructuous.

A copy of the concerned judgment be kept with the record.
