                  The present appeal is against the judgment and order

        of acquittal.

                   Mr. Abhra Mukherjee, learned advocate appears on

        behalf of the appellant.

                  As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Arijit

        Ganguly and Sanjib Kr. Dan, learned advocates who ordinarily

        appear for the State, are directed to appear in this matter and

        represent the State. Their appointment may be regularized by

        the concerned authority.

                  Learned   advocate    for   the   State   is   directed   to

        communicate with the officer in charge of Purulia(M) police

        station for informing the opposite party no.2/respondent

regarding the date of hearing fixed before this Court.
