Ms. Sreyashee Biswas, learned Counsel, was

supposed to appoint by the High Court Legal Services

Committee as a Counsel for the appellant in this case.

Mr. Ghosh, learned Counsel, appearing for the State

submitted that a report is to be obtained as to whether after

serving the sentence, the appellant has been pushed back

to Bangladesh in terms of the impugned judgment.

Accordingly, he prayed for time.

Let the matter appear in the list after two weeks.

The department is directed to serve copy of this order

to the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee.
