The appeal arises out of a judgment and order
passed by the Hon'ble Single Bench of this Court on
November 25, 2019 dismissing the petitioners' prayer
for regularization as Organiser Assistant Teachers
since the said prayer for regularization was not in
accordance with the provisions of The West Bengal
School Service Commission Act, 1997.
Mr. Chatterjee, learned Senior Advocate,
appearing for the appellants is heard at length.
Ms. Samajpaty, learned Counsel, appears for
the State and makes her submissions.
After hearing the parties and considering the
materials placed, this Court is of the view that an
Affidavit-of-Documents compiling all the relevant
documents and judgments, on the said issue is
necessary for effective adjudication of the present
appeal. Let Affidavit-of-Documents be compiled by
both the parties within three weeks from date.
Let Affidavit of Documents be exchanged by and
between the parties, in advance.
Liberty to mention after the period granted to
exchange Affidavit of Document is complete.
