The affidavits filed by the parties are not in

accordance with the requirement as laid down in Rajnesh

Vs. Neha reported at (2021) 2 SCC 324.

Both the parties are, accordingly, directed file an

affidavit of disclosure of assets and liabilities in the form as

mentioned in Enclosure-I of the judgment of the Hon'ble

Supreme Court in Rajnesh (supra) within two weeks from

date upon prior service to each other.

The appeal and the application shall be listed after

three weeks (i.e. 25th July, 2022).

The parties are directed to be personally present on

the adjourned date.
