The Court: By an order dated 2nd May, 2022 this Court had directed

attachment of the bank accounts held by the judgment debtor as enumerated in

paragraph 15. It appears that there are two current accounts in the State Bank

of India and one current account in the Axis Bank.

The petitioner is directed to communicate the order passed on 2nd May,

2022 immediately upon the banks and the banks are directed to file a report

before this Court on 8th August, 2022. The petitioner has also been directed to

inform this Court as to the compliance of the order passed on 2nd May, 2022

which has not been done by them.

Affidavit of assets has been filed.

One of the directors of the company is directed to appear on 26th August,

2022 for examination.
