The Court : Both the parties are present.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the

judgment-debtor submits that his senior in the matter Mr. Sabyasachi

Mondal is ill and further that appeal from the judgment and decree in

question has been fixed before the Appeal Court on 21st July, 2022. This

matter is adjourned till 25th July, 2022 and time to file exception to the

Receiver's report is extended till 21st July, 2022.

Status-quo by the parties in respect their possession as recorded in

the report of the Receiver shall be maintained.

Subsisting interim order in the matter shall continue till 29th July,

2022 or until further order whichever is earlier.
