The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding the direction dated 20 th December, 2021 no Affidavit of Assets

has been filed on behalf of the judgment-debtor nos. 2 and 3. The time to file

the Affidavit of Assets by the judgment-debtor nos. 2 and 3 is extended by a

period of four weeks from date.

It is made clear that in default of filing of such Affidavit of Assets,

appropriate orders for issuance of warrant of arrest would be issued against the

judgment-debtor nos. 2 and 3.

Let this matter appear on 21st February, 2022.

The decree-holder is directed to communicate this order forthwith to the

judgment-debtor nos. 2 and 3 and file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable

date.
