The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 26th

April, 2021. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the award has

become final, binding and enforceable and there is no challenge to the same.

The award is for a sum of Rs.26,96,478.96/-.

In view of the aforesaid, the decree holder is directed to effect service upon

the judgment debtors and file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable date.

In the meantime, there shall be an order in terms of prayer (h) of the

Tabular Statement.

The matter is made returnable on 7th February, 2022.
