The Court: This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 24th

September, 2015. The award is for a sum of Rs.56,00,866.80/-.

None appears on behalf of the judgment debtors nor is any accommodation

prayed for on their behalf.

It appears from the Report filed by the Department that insofar as the judgment

debtor no.1 is concerned the article has been refused whereas insofar as the judgment

debtor no.2 is concerned the article has been delivered. In view of the non-appearance

of the judgment debtors, let there be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Tabular

Statement.

Let this matter appear on 22nd February, 2022.

It is made clear that in default of filing of their Affidavit of Assets, appropriate

orders for issuance of Warrant of Arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtors.

The decree holder is directed to forthwith intimate both the judgment debtors and

file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable date.
