The Court: Pursuant to an earlier order of Court, the judgment-debtor

was directed to furnish its Statement of Accounts in respect of the Award dated

16th July, 2007.

Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file a supplementary

affidavit.

It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that there is a

misconception in the calculation sheet furnished by the judgment-debtor. The

true and correct amount payable by the judgment-debtor will morefully appear

from "Annexure-C" to the supplementary affidavit. It is also submitted by the

decree-holder that the interest must be calculated on the total amount awarded.

The judgment-debtor is directed to file a Reply, if so advised within a

period of seven days from date.

Let this matter appear on 10th February, 2022.
