The Court: This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 19h May,

2015. The award is for a sum of Rs.68,16,304.96/-.

None appears on behalf of the judgment debtors nor is any accommodation

prayed for on their behalf.

The Report filed by the Department be kept with the records. In view of the non-

appearance of the judgment debtors and the fact that there is no challenge to the said

award, let there be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Tabular Statement.

Let this matter appear on 24th February, 2022.

It is made clear that in default of filing of their Affidavit of Assets, appropriate

orders for issuance of Warrant of Arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtors.

The decree holder is directed to forthwith intimate both the judgment debtors and

file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable date.
