The Court: This is an application for judgment upon admission.

Let affidavits be exchanged in this matter. Accordingly, let affidavit in

opposition be filed within three weeks from date; reply thereto, if any, within

two weeks thereafter. Liberty is granted to the parties to mention the matter

for hearing.

After hearing the parties, I am of the view that an ad interim order in

terms of prayer (d) may be passed in relation to only the immovable assets.

The interim order shall continue till 31st March, 2022 or until further

orders whichever is earlier.
