The Court:- It is submitted by the decree-holder that notwithstanding the

direction dated 28th January, 2022, no Affidavit of Assets have been filed by the

judgment-debtors. Affidavit of Service filed by the judgment-debtors evidences

that service has been effected on the judgment-debtor nos. 1 and 2.

Let this matter appear on 16th March, 2022.

In the meantime, the judgment-debtors are directed to file their Affidavit of

Assets positively by the returnable date.

The decree-holder is also directed to forthwith inform the judgment-

debtors of passing of this order and file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable

date.

It is made clear that, in default of filing of such Affidavit of Assets,

appropriate orders for issuance of warrants of arrest would be issued against the

judgment-debtors.
