accommodation prayed for on their behalf. Service has already been effected on

the judgment debtor nos. 1 and 3. The time to effect service on the judgment-

debtor no. 2 is extended by a period of two weeks from date.

As a last chance, the time to file the Affidavit of Assets by all the

judgment-debtors is extended till the returnable date.

Let this matter appear on 9 March, 2022.

It is made clear that in default of filing of the Affidavit of Assets,

appropriate order for warrants of arrest would be issued against the judgment-

debtors.
