It appears that an inadvertent typographical error

has crept into the judgment and order dated 02.02.2022.

At the heading of the order-sheet, instead of "CRR 163 of

2022", the case number should actually be "CRR 163 of

2021".

The inadvertent typographical error is hereby

corrected and the judgment and order dated 02.02.2022

shall always be read conjointly with this order.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may

be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if

applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
