The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding the earlier orders of Court the judgment-debtors have not

filed their Affidavit of Assets till date.

None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any

accommodation prayed for on their behalf.

It appears from the Affidavit of Service that service has been effected on

the judgment-debtors.

In view of the aforesaid, let warrants of arrest be issued in terms of prayer

(e) against the judgment-debtor nos. 1, 3 and 5.

The matter is made returnable on 25th March, 2022.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment-

debtor nos.1, 3 and 5 before this Court on or before the returnable date.
