The Court: This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 27 th

September, 2017. The award is for a sum in excess of Rs.53 lakhs and remains

unsatisfied till date. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder award has

become final, binding and enforceable. Pursuant to an earlier order the

Department has filed a Report. It appears from the Report that service has

been effected on all the judgment-debtors.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner nor is any accommodation prayed

for on their behalf.

In view of the aforesaid, let there be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the

Tabular Statement.

The judgment-debtors are directed file the Affidavit of Assets within a

period of four weeks from date.

Let this matter appear on 14th March, 2022.

It is made clear that in default of filing Affidavit of Assets, appropriate order

for warrant of arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtors.

The decree-holder is directed to intimate the judgment-debtors forthwith

and file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.
