The Court: A Warrant of Arrest was issued against the judgment debtor

no.1 on 17th November, 2021. By consent of the parties, the matter is treated on

the Day's List. The judgment debtor no.1 has surrendered before this Court.

The judgment debtor no.1 has given an undertaking that he shall be present as

and when directed by this Court. Accordingly, the Warrant of Arrest issued

against the judgment debtor no.1 stands discharged. The judgment debtor no.1

has submitted that he has engaged Mr. Shekhar Barman, Advocate to represent

him in this proceeding. Accordingly, the judgment debtor no.1 shall file an

Affidavit of Assets in Form No. 16A of Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure,

1908 and shall remain present for examination on the returnable date.

Let this matter appear on 21st March, 2022.

The Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment debtor is directed to

serve a copy of the Affidavit of Assets on the Advocate appearing on behalf of the

decree holder prior to the returnable date.

The Report submitted by the Deputy Sheriff be kept with the records.
