It appears that notwithstanding an order dated 24th November, 2021, no

Affidavit of Assets has been filed by the judgment debtor.

None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any

accommodation prayed for on their behalf.

In view of the deliberate, intentional and non-compliance by the judgment-

debtor no.3, let Warrant of Arrest be issued against the judgment debtor no. 3.

The matter is made returnable on 14th March, 2022.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of

arrest and production of the judgment-debtor no.3 before this Court on or before

the returnable date.
