The decree-holder is represented and submits that notwithstanding the

order dated 14th September, 2021, no Affidavit of Assets has been filed by the

judgment-debtors.

In view of the deliberate non-compliance of the judgment-debtors in filing

the Affidavit of Assets, let warrants of arrest be issued against both the

judgment-debtors.

The matter is made returnable on 15th March, 2022.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment-

debtors on the returnable date.
